Rules for giveaways
Official Giveaway Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. Eligibility
The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, excluding residents of New York, Rhode Island, and Florida. Employees, affiliates, agents, and immediate family members of the giveaway sponsor are not eligible to participate. The giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

3. Entry Period
The giveaway begins on [july 26, 2025] and ends on [TBD] (the “Entry Period”). Entries submitted after the Entry Period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
To enter, follow the instructions outlined in the giveaway post or video on [thecodywhite] on TikTok. Limit one (1) entry per person unless otherwise stated.
5. Prizes
One (1) winner will receive: [an all inclusive vacation with an approximate value of $10,000 dollars]. The prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash. Thecodywhite reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted within 6 months after the end of the Entry Period. The winner will be notified by [email, DM, or comment tag on a live video on TikTok] and must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within the time frame, a new winner may be selected.
7. Publicity Release
By participating, you grant thecodywhite permission to use your name, likeness, and social media handle for promotional purposes without further compensation or notice, unless prohibited by law.
8. General Conditions
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s control.
9. Limitation of Liability
Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, technical failures, lost entries, or any injury or damage to persons or property that may be caused, directly or indirectly, by participation in the giveaway or use of the prize.
10. Disputes
All disputes arising out of this giveaway shall be resolved individually, without resort to class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in [Your State]. The laws of the State of [Your State] shall govern the giveaway.
